Real-Time Transaction Declines and Corrective Actions - Mixed Fleet
A Step-by-Step Guide to Managing Your Declines
The Real-Time Transactions tab in the Fuel Control Dashboard provides a quick view of recent card activity and helps troubleshoot declined transactions.
Each transaction displays a decline reason and a recommended corrective action. Use this article to identify the cause of a decline and determine the appropriate steps to resolve it.
If no transaction appears and the card is still being declined, this may still indicate there is an issue at the terminal itself. If no fraud alert has been received, the driver should try another terminal or ask the attendant for assistance inside.
If the decline continues after completing the recommended steps, contact BridgeHaul Fuel Support for assistance.
