Intermittent driving and engine history not recording

In some rare instances the ELD may not be properly displaying intermittent driving every hour of continous movement.  This is caused because the ELD is not recording engine history events.  

In most cases this is because a setting needs to be modified on the actual ELD hardware which is very quick and simple to do.

You will connect with the Bluelink Admin app and ensure the Jbus history box is checked as shown in the image below.  If it is already checked you may need to modify the Jbus settings or send in the ELD for replacement.
