Reactivate an Inactive Driver

In some cases you may need to reactivate a driver who is rejoining your fleet after you have deactivated that driver.  When a driver has been deactivated they appear in your "Inactive" drivers tab under Admin-->Drivers in the carrier dashboard.  To reactivate follow the steps below:

1. Go to Admin-->Drivers in your carrier account at carrier.bridgehaul.com

2. Click on Inactive tab as shown below

3. Search or find the driver in the list of deactivated drivers and scroll right to end of the table.  Click "Reconnect".  Once you do this it will send an email for the driver to accept the invitation again or they can accept the invitation in the mobile app in the HOS section.
