DOT # not Recognized During Registration

During your initial carrier account creation, you are required to use your DOT number to automatically lookup you carrier account information.  We utilize the FMCSA web-services site to populate this information.  As with many government agencies, their technology can fail or go out of service at a higher frequency than other sites.  When this happens you may see the following message:  

BridgeHaul has a backup database of most carriers in the event this happens but some newly registered carriers may not be in our database.  If this happens please contact support@bridgehaul.com and we can create your account for you.
