How to Update your Notification Preferences in the BridgeHaul TMS System

In order to update your Notification Preferences, you will need to go to Carrier Dashboard and login (it is not available on the mobile app).

You will then click on the "Settings" button (Top Right of your screen, next to your name) the Sprocket.   

Click on "Notification Preferences" at the bottom of the drop-down list.

A new window will open, displaying your Notification Preferences.

When you click on the top box under "SMS," you'll see that all the options below get selected automatically. This means you'll receive SMS notifications for everything! If there's anything you'd like to change, no worries—just uncheck the boxes for the options you want to turn off at any time.

Finally, click "Save"
