Preparation
- Confirm Entity
- Enter Entity information as it appears when you registered your business
- Fill out Documents via DocuSign
- W9
- FSA
- Notice of Assignment Documents
- Background Check
- UCC Search/UCC Filing
- Connect Bank Account
Then click start.
Confirm Entity
Press Confirm.
Sign Documents
Verify your identity
- Select "upload file" to download your identification document.
- Please take a picture of the front and the back.
- Once the ID has successfully downloaded, click continue.
DocuSign Documents
After your identity has been verified, the system will redirect you to fill out your W9. You will need to complete the follow below:
- Name the business is under as well as if you do business under a different name
- Appropriate business classification
- Address of your business
- Depending on your business status, You will need to enter in your SSN (Social Security Number) or EIN (Employer Identification Number).
Carrier Acknowledgment of the Notice of Assignment
Once all documents have been signed and completed for your W9, the next document that needs to be filled out is the carrier acknowledgment of the notice of assignment.
- Sign your name & add your title.
FSA- Factoring Service Agreement
The next document is the FSA (Factoring Service Agreement) which will be followed by our Terms and Conditions. Please read over everything carefully.
- Sign name and owner title.
- Scroll down at your own leisure.
The system will now do some additional search. A background check and UCC search will be conducted to finalize onboarding.
Connect Bank Account
When the background check and UCC search has been successfully completed you will be prompted to Connect your bank account.
