How to Manage Subscriptions on Your Account

Manage payments, subscriptions, and billing history

Carrier Admins can add subscriptions within their carrier TMS account by logging in with their carrier email at  https://carrier.bridgehaul.com 

Once in the app click on the settings Icon at the top right as shown below.  Note, only admins or users with permission to manage the account can view Account in the Settings icon.  If you do not see it contact your carrier administrator to get access.

Once in the Account section click on the Subscriptions tab.  Here you will see you subscriptions under Account Summary and can add subscriptions or view additional products that you may not be subscribed to.  Just below account summary, you can manage and edit your payment details for subscriptions.

If you scroll down you will be able to view your next upcoming invoice in addition all your past invoices including the amount, status, and subscribed products.

You can click on the icon next to the invoice amount to get the invoice link to download an invoice. subscription-3

Once you click on the link you can download the invoice or download the receipt for your records
