Driver mobile app account deletion

To cancel your account and request removal of account specific information log into the BridgeHaul Mobile app on your Android or iOS device.

1. Once logged into the BridgeHaul app click on the Settings Icon

2.Click on Profile Settings

3. Click Request Account Deletion

4. A confirmation modal will display where you will click Request Deletion.

Once you request account deletion, BridgeHaul Support will be notified and will remove you account fron our system.  Your email, name, user information, will all be removed from the system.  Non- personally identifiable data generated from the app which cannot be used to identify individual account holders may be retained for system integrity.

If you have already deleted the BridgeHaul app or cannot log in, please email support@bridgehaul.com to request account deletion and our customer service team will assist you.
