How to Order a Replacement Fuel Card

If you need to replace an existing card, you can easily submit a card order through your Fuel Dashboard.

Steps to Order a Card

1. Log in to your Fuel Dashboard.
2. Navigate to Card Management.
3. Locate the card you need to block and change the status to the appropriate status.
4. Click Order Card.
5. Complete the Card Order Form with the required information.
6. Submit the completed form.
7. Once your card order has been submitted and processed, our team will reply via email to confirm the order.
