IFTA requires each carrier to report gallons purchased and the amounts for each state in the reporting period. BridgeHaul makes reporting simple by summarizing all your fuel receipts for you.
There are two ways fuel receipts can be uploaded into your account. Each driver can upload fuel receipts using the driver mobile app by clicking into the settings menu and selecting documents or a carrier dispatcher/admin can upload receipts using the carrier fleet management application by going to the DOCUMENTS section on the lefthand menu.
To view fuel purchases by state simply log in to your carrier account at carrier.bridgehaul.com and click on IFTA on the lefthand side. You will see two tabs at the top of the IFTA section. Click on FUEL SUMMARY. Select the date range you want to see and you should see fuel purchases populated for that time period.
NOTE: In order for purchases to show up all data fields need to be filled out when submitting the fuel receipt including State, quantity, units, and amount. if one of these fields is left blank it will be ignored in this report.
