Adding a Driver

To add driver to your carrier account go to carrier.bridgehaul.com

1.Login

Login with your carrier email and password.  (Driver login credentials for the mobile app are different and cannot be used to login to carrier accounts).

Once logged in, click on Admin on the left-hand menu with the Gear icon and then click Drivers in the drop-down menu.

2. Add Driver

Click on Add Driver at the top right-hand corner of the screen

Enter the Driver's information (required fields are marked with an asterisk), and click SUBMIT at the top right of the screen.

After clicking submit, BridgeHaul will automatically send an email to the added driver asking the driver to accept the invite and set his/her password. (Note: All drivers must register with a valid email address or they will not receive an invite)

If a driver already has an account with the email address you entered, you will see a message stating "A driver with this email is already registered. Click the INVITE button to request to connect to the driver." Simply click on the orange INVITE button and it will send an invite request.  NOTE: In this situation we will not populate the driver's name or other information until they accept the invite to protect that driver's identity.

Back on the Add Driver page, you will be able to click on the INACTIVE Driver tab to see the drivers that have been invited but have not set their password/accepted the invite (as shown in the picture below). You will also be able to see the details for when that driver was added on the left-hand side of the screen.  Once the driver accepts the invite, the driver will appear in your ACTIVE driver section.

Once the driver accepts the invite and sets the password, they will need to download the mobile app on the Google Play or Apple App Store.  Once they login you will be able to view their information and locations.
