In your carrier dashboard, you can manage, analyze, and print your diagnostic reports. Here's how!
Once logged into your carrier dashboard click "Admin" and then click "Reports"
Your dashboard will load onto the reports page where you can view Financial Reports and Operational reports.
Click "Engine Codes Report"
Your dashboard will re-direct you to the Diagnostic Engine Code Report page.
On the Diagnostic Codes page select the date range in which you need reporting for.
Once you've selected the date range your data table will display
Vehicle: The Vehicle (truck) you've registered and are using.
Code: The error engine code you received.
Description: A Description of the problem you're experiencing.
First Seen: The first time the code was seen.
Last Seen: Time the code was last seen.
Currently Active: Are you currently receiving the same message?
Occurrences in Period: numbers of times the error has been observed.
Use the table to view reporting for Engine Code Diagnostic Reports.
To print the report click "Download CSV" at the top right of your screen
A CSV file will download to your computer. Once downloaded click print.
