Can't Login to Carrier Dashboard

The carrier dashboard fleet management web application is different from the driver mobile app on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.  If you have created an account as a driver using the mobile app, you will have to create a new fleet account with a different email address (as required by FMCSA drivers cannot also be fleet managers under same username- stupid rule, we know). 

If you have created a carrier account at carrier.bridgehaul.com and cannot login to that account, you can try resetting your password by clicking Forgot Password shown in dotted red box below.  It will send you a link to reset your password if you have a carrier account with the email provided.

If you don't have a carrier account setup or you have a driver account if will say Email Address Not Found    

If you created an account on the mobile app as a driver first and then you want to link that driver to your carrier account please contact us at support@bridgehaul.com and we will reach out to the driver and get permission to connect the account.  

 

We can connect your driver account to the carrier account for you if you did it this way.

If you created a carrier account, login should work on both mobile or laptop.  You can then invite drivers and create their account in the driver tab on the left.
