Drivers Not Appearing On Map

Drivers are only displayed on your Carrier Dashboard Map when there has been an active location ping within the last 72 hours.

1. If your driver has not used the BridgeHaul App in the last 72 hours, they will not show up on the map.

2. Make sure the driver keeps the BridgeHaul app open while driving, and their phone location settings for the BridgeHaul App are set to "Always Allow".

3. Ensure that your driver is properly connected to their ELD device via Bluetooth. On their logs, you should be seeing Auto generated events. If there's only Driver initiated events, this suggests that they are not properly connected to their ELD.
