1. What is the Comdata OnRoad Card?
The Comdata OnRoad card is a widely accepted Mastercard that lets you access both company funds and driver payments from a single card. It runs on the Mastercard Signature Debit network, so you can use it like a credit card—just swipe and sign. Mastercard Signature Debit transactions are fee-free, and you can use the card anywhere you see the Mastercard logo. It can also be used for approved business expenses like fuel and maintenance, depending on company policy, giving you flexible control over your funds.
2. How Do I fund my Card?
The only way to fund your OnRoad card at this time is through your freight factoring invoices. When you submit your funding request through BridgeHaul Factoring you will choose to have funds added to your card.
3. How do I get one?
If you are an active BridgeHaul factoring client, you are eligible to apply for an OnRoad card. Please contact our team for more information on how to apply at 833-770-3835 or fuel@bridgehaul.com.
4. Where can I use the OnRoad Card?
You can use your OnRoad Card anywhere Mastercard Signature Debit is accepted by looking for the Mastercard logo at checkout. It also works on the Comdata proprietary network for company expenses like fuel and maintenance while keeping your personal funds separate. When you receive your card, you’ll need to set up a PIN to access your funds at any ATM.
