What's acceptable paperwork/document for processing?

Good quality document scanning is important for your funding approval, and we want to ensure that you get paid in a timely manner. Bridgehaul needs legible scans that can be provided to the brokers and shippers so that we can collect payment.

 

Document scanning requirements

In order to get paid on your invoices, all scans must be:

  • In the proper orientation to fill the page with no cut off edges and with all pages ( Page 1 of 2, etc.) 
  • Free of additional background images (hands, clipboard, tables, etc.)
  • Flat with no excessive creases or folded corners, also no stapled documents covering page
  • Well-lit with no shadowing or dark images
  • Clear and legible with all text visible, shipper and receiver addresses, BOL reference numbers, and POD signatures

Example of a good copy - Clear, crisp, legible, cropped, nothing in the background. 

 

✅ This document is a great example of what is sufficient for billing.


Examples of bad copies - Blurry, bad lighting, things in the background, etc.

❌ - This document isn't sufficient for billing because the corners are cut off.

  

❌-  This document isn't sufficient for billing because it is illegible and there are hands/fingers showing.

❌ This document isn't sufficient for billing because it's not legible, the sides are cut off and it is very dark. 

❌ This document isn't sufficient for billing because there are documents stapled to cover the information on the BOL.
